Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead AI & Analytics Engineer with a strong Data Engineering background and hands-on experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions. The role focuses on building scalable data platforms while supporting enterprise AI initiatives including chatbots, RAG systems, and AI-enabled analytics workflows.

Must-Have Skills

10+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Analytics Engineering
Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and PySpark
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Google Cloud Platform
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, orchestration, and data modeling
Experience implementing AI / GenAI solutions
Hands-on experience with RAG, LangChain, AI Chatbots, or OpenAI integrations
Experience building scalable analytics and data platforms
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms
Build ETL/ELT workflows and enterprise data models
Develop and support AI-enabled workflows and integrations
Implement and optimize RAG-based solutions and AI chatbots
Work with OpenAI and modern AI frameworks for enterprise use cases
Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams
Lead and mentor engineering teams
Support enterprise AI platform strategy and implementation initiatives

Nice to Have

Experience with Vector Databases and Semantic Search
Exposure to Media, Streaming, or Subscription Analytics
Experience leading distributed engineering teams
