Key Responsibilities

Provide production support for SAP FICO and SAP PP.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP application issues.
Monitor system performance and application availability.
Support incident, problem, and change management.
Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams.
Document support activities and system changes.
Participate in system enhancements, testing, and deployments.
Deliver excellent customer support while managing multiple priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with SAP FICO and SAP PP support.
Hands-on SAP production support and issue resolution.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
