Job Summary :
- Hybrid Role: Applicants must be local; hybrid work arrangement.

- Leadership Experience:
- Minimum 3–4 years in a lead capacity required.
- 5 years in leadership preferred.
- 8–10 years of hands-on technical experience.

- Full Stack Development:
- Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend development.
- Able to move fluidly between teams and projects as needed.

- Frontend: React.js (component creation/modification, state management, design patterns).
- Backend:
- Java (Spring, Spring Boot)
- Node.js
- (Both Java and Node.js required; not either/or)
- Additional Skills:
- Experience with JSP/Struts is a plus but not required.
- No backend alternatives (e.g., Python); minimal learning curve expected for Java.
