Summary

The candidate will play a key role in building a next-generation core platform and will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of feature delivery, including development, testing, and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java backend applications
Work on microservices-based architecture
Handle complete SDLC: coding, unit testing, functional testing, and deployment
Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams
Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Required Skills (Must Have)

Java: 7+ years (Java 17/21 preferred)
Spring Framework / Spring Boot: 5+ years
Cloud: 2+ years (AWS preferred)
Strong experience in Microservices Architecture
Experience with Relational Databases (SQL)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
Strong coding and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with event-driven microservices
Exposure to NoSQL databases
Experience building cloud-native applications (AWS)
Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD)
Strong understanding of design patterns
Experience in Financial Services domain
