Hospital Highlights:
- Access to a Da Vinci Xi robot with ample block time available
- A fully equipped clinic featuring urodynamics, ultrasound, X-ray, CT, and in-office procedures
- Eight operating rooms, including a dedicated suite for urology
- Utilization of EPIC EMR with Abridge AI scribe technology
Practice Highlights:
- General Urology position alongside three experienced physicians, with mentorship opportunities for new graduates
- Possibility to integrate subspecialty interests within a general urology practice
- Dedicated support staff, including a registered nurse and medical assistant for each physician
- Onsite surgery scheduling assistance
- Robotics experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Leadership roles available, especially in robotics and program development
- Quick ramp-up period with immediate patient volume
- 4.5-day workweek balancing clinic and operating room responsibilities
- Average patient load of 20-30 per day, supported by a strong referral network and no local competition
- 1:4 call schedule with no trauma responsibilities; most calls are non-emergent
