Job Title: Test Data Management Consultant (CA TDM / Grid-Tools)

Job Summary:

Key Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Test Data Management
• Strong proficiency in CA TDM tool (formerly Grid-Tools)
• End-to-end ownership of TDM lifecycle – including data profiling, data masking, data subsetting, synthetic data generation, and test data provisioning
• Good understanding of TDM best practices, data privacy (PII/PHI), and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Overall experience must be less than 10 years
