JOB DESCRIPTION
At a high level, we are looking for someone with a strong hands-on background in CRM campaign execution. The ideal candidate should understand and be able to clearly explain the full campaign lifecycle: receiving the commercial brief, defining the target segmentation, validating audience size, preparing the communication brief, coordinating with design/HTML teams, configuring the campaign in the platform, running testing and QA, deploying the campaign with support from IT when needed, and reporting post-launch KPIs.
This person will need to partner with commercial teams, communications/agencies, IT, analytics, and regulatory or compliance stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time.
In addition to the campaign execution experience, we are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, curious, motivated, transparent in their communication, and comfortable working and learning independently. Learning agility is key, particularly if the candidate does not have prior experience with the exact platforms we use.
