We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for summarizing reports, collecting inputs from stakeholders, tracking action items, and coordinating across teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
Summarize project reports, meeting notes, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders
Collect and consolidate inputs, updates, and requirements from multiple teams
Track action items, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-ups
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes of meetings (MoM)
Maintain and update project plans, trackers, and dashboards
Support project managers in monitoring timelines, risks, and issues
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and external partners
Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible
Assist in preparing presentations and executive summaries
Support change management and ensure adherence to project processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or PMO role
Strong experience in summarizing reports and documentation
Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience tracking action items and project deliverables
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration tools (Teams, Confluence, SharePoint)
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Trello)
