Role Summary

Job Description

• At least 10+ years of Implementation / Support experience in implementing Oracle HCM Applications as Functional Consultant.
• At least 4 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, working as a Functional Consultant.
• Experience in any 4 modules from the list below is mandatory

1. Core HR (MUST)
2. Absence Management
3. Talent Management
4. Workforce Compensation
5. Benefits
6. OTL - Oracle Time & Labor
7. ORC - Oracle Recruiting Cloud

• Good understanding on Data Migration
• Experience in other modules will be added advantage.
• Should have a solid understanding of delivery methodology and must have led teams in the implementation of solutions according to the design and architecture.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, and the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Should have a proven track record of leadership and team management, demonstrating the ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
• Should have a proven track record of delivering solutions within defined timeframes while performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects."

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $84000

Pay Range Maximum: $202000

In addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law.
