We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to provide hands-on technical leadership supporting end users and maintaining core enterprise systems. This role is critical to ensuring reliability, performance, and high-quality IT service delivery.

Experience: 10+ years IT experience

Key Responsibilities
Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
Coordinate with third-party vendors for advanced support
Support core systems: Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, VPN, RDP, Windows
Research and implement technical improvements
Maintain detailed technical documentation

Required Qualifications
10+ years overall IT experience
Strong Microsoft enterprise environment expertise
Deep knowledge of Office/Microsoft 365, AD, Exchange, Windows
PowerShell automation experience
Experience with Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
3+ years AD DS upgrade/migration experience
2+ years Microsoft 365 (including mailbox migrations)
1+ year ADFS or Azure AD with SAML/SSO understanding
Strong troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills

Nice to Have
AWS infrastructure experience
SharePoint support experience
Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EM+S)
Microsoft certifications
ITIL knowledge
