Job Title: Cloud PKI Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC OR Denver, CO
Work Arrangement: 5 day onsite
Client Industry: Fortune 500 Client
Duration: 18 Months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM local time
About the Role:
Day to Day:
- Develop solutions for certificate lifecycle integrations in cloud environments and deliver tools/systems that reduce cyber?risk
- Protect boundaries and secure sensitive data; collaborate with peer teams and foster partnerships
- Operate with autonomy within a structured environment; drive design adoption across engineering/deployment/operations; influence others toward a technical vision
- Troubleshoot Windows/RHEL issues; manage vendor relationships; implement automated solutions aligned to cloud PKI best practices.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with deep PKI/TLS certificate management expertise
- PowerShell/C# automation skills
- Ability to create/update Ansible Tower/AAP/OpenSource playbooks
- Experience with AWS/Azure serverless offerings
- Windows Server & RHEL/Unix troubleshooting
Plusses:
- Hands?on with Venafi or similar TLS management platforms
- Knowledge of PCI/SOX requirements; ability to author technical presentations and documentation
- Exposure to containerized applications
- Strong Linux
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $65 $70 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
