Lead RPA Developer (UiPath)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.

  • End-to-end RPA development, deployment, and production support.

  • PDD and SDD documentation.

  • RPA solution design, process assessment, and automation.

  • Agile project delivery and team leadership.

  • Debugging, troubleshooting, code reviews, and performance optimization.

  • Experience managing onshore/offshore teams.

Preferred: Healthcare domain experience, especially Call Center, Utilization Management (UM), Pre-certification, and data validation workflows.
