Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Agentforce AI Agents, and IVR technologies such as Avaya Aura and Cisco. The ideal candidate should have experience working in Agile/SAFe environments and healthcare domain exposure.

• Develop and support Agentforce AI agents
• Work on IVR integrations involving Avaya, Cisco, and chatbots
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams in Agile environments
• Support deployments, automation, and version control processes
