This entry-level, client-facing role provides:

Key Responsibilities

• Support Senior Account Managers in building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts and routine client requests
• Coordinate client requisitions and assist with day-to-day account operations
• Learn customer needs and help align them with Smart IMS technology solutions
• Assist with client communications, documentation, and follow-ups
• Capture and document client feedback; share insights with internal delivery teams
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:
• Client interactions
• Sales prospects
• Account health and engagement metrics
• Maintain organized account records and CRM documentation

Compensation: Starting from the base annual salary of $45,000 - $75,000 per year PLUS company standard benefits PLUS performance incentives.
