Title: Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM)
Location: Richardson, TX (Hybrid-Onsite)
12+ Month Contract
Job Description:
Must have 5-8 years of experience in implementation/upgrade of UKG Workforce management platforms
Must have handled at least 1-2 projects in latest UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) platform in areas of Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Attestation, Basic Scheduling modules as Individual contributor
Must have experience in conducting requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders, preparing functional/technical design documents, Configuration templates, UAT scripts and project artifacts
Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management business workflows & Integration landscape, Labor compliance and break laws related to WFM in order to develop complex level solutions in WFM
Knowledge of following UKG modules is preferred - Forecasting, Advance Scheduling, Data hub
Knowledge of UKG Boomi integrations build/design/troubleshooting or Ability to coordinate with technical teams at offshore to develop integration solutions
