Pay Range: $60/hr - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Client is continuously seeking talented Business Analysts to support a wide range of business and technology initiatives across the organization.
- These opportunities may support operations, customer experience, digital products, enterprise applications, data and analytics, finance, supply chain, airport operations, and other strategic programs.
- We are building a pipeline of qualified Business Analysts at various experience levels for upcoming and ongoing projects.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and business documentation.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization.
- Support Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
- Facilitate communication between business users, development teams, QA teams, and project managers.
- Assist with testing activities including UAT planning, test case validation, defect tracking, and production support.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decisions and project objectives.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, assumptions, and gaps while recommending solutions.
- Support change management, training, and implementation activities as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or related role.
- Strong experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience creating process flows, business documentation, and user stories.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Vision.
- Experience supporting airline, transportation, travel, logistics, operations, customer experience, or enterprise technology projects.
- Knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), Rally, or similar platforms.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, reporting tools, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
- Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, cloud technologies, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, CSPO, or Agile-related certifications is a plus.
