Looking 15+ years of exp with State/Federal client project experience

Job Title: Project Manager Level III (State/Federal client exp required)
Location: 1 Water Street, New York, NY (Hybrid 2 days onsite)
Duration: 14 Months (Apr 2026 Jun 2027)

Required Qualifications:

12+ years managing complex projects with 2+ years in a leadership PM role
15+ years as PMO Project Manager supporting Health & Human Services Eligibility systems
Domain experience in at least one: Medicaid, SNAP, HEAP, Public Assistance, Child Care
Strong background in data conversion, data modeling, ETL, and legacy systems

Preferred Skills:

Experience managing $100M+ program budgets
Advanced scheduling & resource management using MS Project / Project Online / VBA
Knowledge of data governance, privacy & compliance standards
PMP or PMI certification preferred
5+ years Agile & technical project experience
Comfortable leading technical discussions with engineers and data teams

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee multiple project teams
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change control
Drive full SDLC execution (requirements rollout)
Coordinate system integrator vendors and deliverables
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and governance reporting

Work Policy:

Hybrid role: 50% onsite (minimum 2 days/week)
Occasional travel to Albany (~5%) required
