Workday Lead Analyst
Introduction:
The Workday Lead Analyst will be responsible for supervising and mentoring Workday analysts, managing day-to-day support and maintenance of Workday modules, coordinating Workday updates, testing, and release management activities, and monitoring team workload to ensure service-level expectations are met. They will also serve as a liaison to strategic system owners, end users, and HRIT for supported systems.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor Workday analysts
- Manage day-to-day support and maintenance of Workday modules
- Coordinate Workday updates, testing, and release management activities
- Monitor team workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure service-level expectations are met
- Liaison to strategic system owners, end users, and HRIT for supported systems
- System administration for modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Time Off, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Finance, or Adaptive Planning
- Identify opportunities for automation, validation, and self-service to improve efficiency and data integrity of HR system processes
- Define business/technical requirements for system configurations and enhancements
- Partner with Stakeholders and/or vendor to troubleshoot system issues and integration data feeds
- Resolution of help desk tickets within established service level agreement
- Participate as team lead or a core team member on projects and objectives related to supported systems
Requirements:
- 9+ years of Workday configuration, administration, and support experience required
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to fully comprehend holistic view of enterprise systems structure and processes
- Experience with Workday reporting, EIBs, integrations, and configuration
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Organized and possesses strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Time Off, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Finance, or Adaptive Planning
