Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients in the Software & Hi-Tech industry.
Build and execute strategies to win high-value accounts.
Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and research.
Develop sales playbooks and run targeted campaigns.
Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Track performance metrics and maintain CRM records.
Collaborate with partner sales teams and manage pipelines.
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Lead negotiations and close deals.
Requirements:
Master’s degree.
Proven experience in a Sales Hunter role with strong new business acquisition.
Knowledge of software services, digital transformation, and tech trends.
Experience in Cloud services (migration, cloud-native) is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Experience selling Onsite/Offshore/Nearshore IT services.
Willingness to travel.
