Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the Software & Hi-Tech industry.

  • Build and execute strategies to win high-value accounts.

  • Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and research.

  • Develop sales playbooks and run targeted campaigns.

  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.

  • Track performance metrics and maintain CRM records.

  • Collaborate with partner sales teams and manage pipelines.

  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.

  • Lead negotiations and close deals.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree.

  • Proven experience in a Sales Hunter role with strong new business acquisition.

  • Knowledge of software services, digital transformation, and tech trends.

  • Experience in Cloud services (migration, cloud-native) is a plus.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Experience selling Onsite/Offshore/Nearshore IT services.

  • Willingness to travel.
