Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• 3 years of professional analyst experience, or commensurate work experience in a like role at other organization(s)
• 2 years of SQL development, including queries, functions, and stored procedures
• Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design and development, and data mining techniques
• Experience documenting business processes and workflows
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting platforms, data tools, and programming tools (MS SQL Server, MS Power BI, MS SQL Server Management Studio, Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), XML data models, JSON data models)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills with the ability to communicate in small to mid-size group settings
• Keen eye for detail, analytical mind, and excellent problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and tasks
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Effectively and courteously communicate (both written and verbally)
• Successful candidates must exhibit strong interpersonal skills

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Data/Business Analyst with experience analyzing SQL procedures, business processes, and complex data to identify data integrity issues and their root causes. Additionally, the Data Analyst is capable of writing SQL stored procedures and queries to support both periodic and ad hoc reporting needs for business leaders. The Data Analyst is a self-starter, proficient at learning complex systems and able to apply their business knowledge to writing SQL queries, document current processes, identified issues, and recommend appropriate solutions to support overall business objectives.

Job Duties:
• Retrieve and interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide appropriate recommendations
• Ability to read, write, analyze, test, modify, and interpret SQL code
• Develop and implement database queries, stored procedures, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize business efficiency and data quality
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Review data, reports and performance indicators to find and correct code defects
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Conduct quality control assessments of data
• Learn OTA business processes and how they are fulfilled through SQL procedures, processes, and workflows
• Apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving techniques to gain insights about data
