Position: Desktop support Analyst

Location: Bronx, NY 10457(Onsite)

Full time

Job Description:

• 3+ years’ experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Assists client day-to-day functionality and efficiency
• Provides IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices in the allocated location
• Configures, installs and maintains computer software & Peripheral systems for users
• Identifies, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner (within SLA)
• Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues
• Familiarity on updating the tickets (Incidents / service requests) in Jira( Ticketing tool)
• Should have extensive knowledge on Windows 10 troubleshooting and imaging process(optional) LAN, WAN knowledge Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
• Should be able to lift and shift (Desktops, Printers, Etc.)
