Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced COBOL Developer to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in COBOL programming and mainframe technologies, and will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective software solutions. This is an onsite position that requires hands-on experience in COBOL and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance custom software solutions based on business requirements.
• Maintain and modify existing COBOL applications, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and testing to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Create and prepare comprehensive documentation for users and program-level processes.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment of changes.

Required Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of COBOL development on Mainframe and JCL.
• Strong experience with DB2, Control-M, and CICS.
• Proficiency in Java, AWS, and Postgres DB is a plus.
• Excellent debugging skills and commitment to improving software efficiency.
• Experience with Kofax is advantageous.
