Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to evaluate, redesign, and optimize business processes within a complex enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) while driving process improvements and supporting implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis & Improvement

• Research and analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.

• Evaluate operational workflows, policies, systems, and data to recommend optimization strategies.

• Develop detailed implementation plans, including resource planning and budgeting considerations.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Implementation

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement and measure recommended process improvements.

• Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams.

• Lead discussions to ensure alignment on objectives, scope, and deliverables.

Subject Matter Expertise

• Develop deep expertise in the assigned business domain, including strategies, processes, policies, and data structures.

• Provide guidance and support during system or process changes.

Testing & Documentation

• Prepare detailed test scenarios and support execution of testing activities.

• Create functional documentation and process flows.

• Conduct feature demonstrations and walkthroughs for business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading or mentoring project teams.

• Background in the Auto Finance industry (highly preferred).

• Hands-on experience with testing (UAT coordination, test case creation, execution).

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related field.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering/Technology or Accounting/Finance.

• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work fully onsite in Plano, TX.
