Summary

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Austin, TX, (Hybrid)- 2 days remote with 3 days (Tues, Wed and Thur) required to be onsite

Position Type: Contract

Interview Mode: In-person

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between business users, in-house development teams, and vendor teams
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Analyze raw data to derive actionable insights and support decision-making
Review, evaluate, and improve business systems and processes
Align system solutions with overall business strategies
Perform business process reengineering and identify technology-driven improvements
Develop solution options including risk assessment and financial analysis (cost/benefit, ROI, buy vs. build)
Create detailed documentation including user needs, functional specifications, and system workflows
Support the State Health Analytics Reporting Platform (SHARP) project by expanding reporting and analytics capabilities
Perform Business Analyst (BA) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities
Serve as Scrum Master for the project team
Lead sprint ceremonies, stakeholder meetings, and status reporting
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget

3	Preferred	Experience with creating Texas Project Delivery Framework deliverables and managing projects using this framework strongly preferred.
1	Preferred	Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other Agile-related certifications
