Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect / Data Lead (8 10 years) with strong expertise in modern data engineering platforms and mandatory experience in the Life Sciences Commercial domain. The ideal candidate will design and lead scalable data solutions while working closely with onsite and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable data architecture solutions.
• Lead end-to-end data pipeline development using PySpark, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Architect data models and optimize performance for large-scale commercial datasets.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders in the Life Sciences Commercial space (Sales, Marketing, Patient data, CRM, etc.).
• Work closely with offshore teams; flexible to overlap across time zones.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practices for data platforms.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance standards are met.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8 10 years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• PySpark
• Snowflake
• Databricks
• Mandatory experience in Life Sciences Commercial domain.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and cloud data architecture.
• Experience leading offshore teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
