We are currently seeking a Data & AI Specialized Sr Client Partner - Travel and Hospitality (Remote - US Central/Eastern) to join our team (remote) prefer central/eastern region of the United States, United States (US).

At NTT Data we are seeking a Specialty Client Partner to drive strategic growth and transformation within our Travel & Hospitality segment, with a strong emphasis on Data, Analytics, and AI-led innovation. This role is designed for a seasoned leader who can build trusted partnerships with executives in the Travel and Hospitality industry while guiding organizations through increasingly complex, data-driven challenges. As a key advisor, you will help travel and hospitality clients unlock the value of their data, advance AI-enabled capabilities, and modernize their technology landscape?delivering measurable outcomes that enhance operational efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and improve member experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurturelong-term, strategic partnershipswith clients through continuous engagement, gaining deep insight into their industry, challenges, and growth priorities
  • Oversee theend-to-end delivery of client engagements, while identifying and driving new business opportunities and expansion initiatives
  • Manage a$5M+ portfolio, with accountability for revenue growth, client satisfaction, and overall account performance
  • Develop and executeaccount and business plansto achieve growth targets and expand client relationships
  • Lead thedeal-shaping process, delivering compelling presentations and value propositions to executive stakeholders
  • Engage and influenceC-suite and senior leadershipto strengthen relationships and expand NTT DATA?s footprint
  • Maintain a50% utilization targetwhile balancing delivery excellence with growth objectives
  • Providecoaching and mentorshipto team members, fostering the development of future leaders

Basic Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience within theprofessional services industry
  • 15+ years of proven success inaccount or client management roles
  • 8+ years of experience inP&L management, financial oversight, and deal structuring
  • 8+ years of experience leading and developingdelivery teams
  • Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience
  • Ability to travel25%+ as needed

Preferred / Desired Experience

  • Strong background intechnical program managementwithin enterprise environments, particularlydata and analytics initiatives
  • Proven track record of achieving high levels ofclient and employee satisfaction
  • Expertise indeveloping and executing account strategies
  • Experience acrossdiverse environments, including Big 4 consulting and/or high-growth startup settings
  • Demonstrated success inteam leadership, mentorship, and talent development

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $155,250 - $359,375.?This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate?s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
