Demonstrated ability to independently define testing scope, build test plans/roadmaps, and execute testing with minimal direction. Hands-on technical capability required - must personally execute tests (not coordination-only). Proven experience testing warehouse automation systems (conveyors, sorters, print-and-apply, material handling equipment). Comfortable working in technical, on-site warehouse environments, including system setup, tools, and test execution without assistance. Ability to own deliverables end-to-end, including documentation, execution, issue tracking, and follow-through. Independently create and maintain test plans, testing roadmaps, schedules, and execution trackers. Execute WCS-related testing and document results with minimal hand-holding. Actively contribute in discussions by referencing prior project experience and offering concrete recommendations. Proactively identify risks, gaps, and ambiguities in requirements and testing scope.
