Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of experience managing complex IT projects, leading cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, risk management, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with organizational processes.
Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
Track KPIs, project performance, and budget variances.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Communicate with clients, vendors, senior management, and business stakeholders.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, technical leads, business analysts, developers, and QA teams.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and schedules.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Lead end-to-end IT project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Required Skills
Experience preparing project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive dashboards.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and risk management.
Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and MS Office.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery.
12+ years of overall IT experience, with significant project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with distributed teams and multiple vendors.
Experience with cloud migration, application modernization, data engineering, or enterprise IT projects.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification.
PMP certification.
