Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and industrial sector, is seeking an Electro-Mechanic to join their team. As an Electro-Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Electro-Mechanic
Location: Kenosha
Pay Range: $40.00 - $47.00
Shift: 1st (6:30am - 2:30pm)
What\'s the Job?
\t- Support daily production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment. \t
- Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs on process machinery, including equipment up to 480VAC. \t
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency. \t
- Read and interpret ladder diagrams, schematics, and engineering drawings for troubleshooting and repairs. \t
- Operate equipment such as mag drills, pipe threaders, multimeters, and forklifts safely and effectively.
What\'s Needed?
\t- High School diploma or equivalent; completion of a maintenance-related apprenticeship or an associate?s degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field. \t
- Minimum of 4 years of documented experience in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical repair. \t
- Ability to perform electrical work on equipment up to 480VAC and mechanical repairs on various machinery. \t
- Proficiency with computerized maintenance management software and safety procedures. \t
- Valid driver?s license with a good standing MVR record.
