Your New Role

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects while supervising and mentoring installation team members

• Install HVAC systems, ductwork, line sets, furnaces, and related equipment in residential homes

• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, local building codes, and safety regulations

• Read and interpret blueprints, installation drawings, and technical documentation

• Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

• Train and develop junior HVAC installers to improve technical skills and job performance

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other trades to ensure successful project completion

• Operate a company vehicle to travel between residential job sites

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while delivering outstanding customer service

• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, equipment, components, installation methods, and safety standards

• Proven leadership experience leading or mentoring installation crews

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation

• EPA Certification required

• Journeyman License required

• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple installation projects while maintaining quality and efficiency

• Ability to safely lift equipment and perform the physical demands of residential HVAC installation
