Summary

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of applications through rigorous testing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual testing, test case design, and defect tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications
Create, review, and execute test cases and test plans
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA
Work closely with developers and business teams to understand requirements
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Required Skills:

3+ years of manual testing experience
Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC
Experience with test case creation and execution
Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
Experience testing web applications and APIs
Basic knowledge of SQL

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile methodology
Exposure to API testing (Postman, REST)
Basic understanding of automation testing (Selenium)
Experience with browser testing and cross-platform testing
