Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Houston, TX Hybrid

Contract: 12+ Months

Visa Sponsorship profiles are acceptable

Required Skills:

  • 9+ years of IT Business Analyst experience; candidates with 5+ years and strong project leadership may also be considered.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with Agile and hybrid project environments.
  • Knowledge of system integration, APIs, interfaces, and data flows.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Basic SQL, spreadsheet, or reporting skills for data validation.
  • Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
