job summary:
Purpose:
Bring expert-level Power Apps and Power Platform capability to design, build, harden, and operationalize solutions across all CR360 workstreams while educating a team new to the platform.
Core Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable Power Apps solutions (model?driven and canvas) aligned with enterprise Dataverse design.
- Establish best practices for governance, ALM, solution layering, environment strategy, and reusable components.
- Build production-grade applications, connectors, Power Automate flows, and integrations with internal systems.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and enforce model?risk?aligned development standards.
- Train, coach, and guide analysts, developers, and senior leaders on design choices and trade-offs.
- Partner with risk, tech, and governance teams to ensure compliance, access controls, data lineage, and auditability.
- Present solution approaches and recommendations to senior stakeholders across the organization.
- Troubleshoot complex performance, data, and integration issues.
Critical Criteria:
- 7+ years building enterprise Power Apps/Power Platform (Canvas, Model-Driven, Dataverse).
- Demonstrated ability to set standards, not just follow them (ALM, solution architecture, environment strategy).
- Strong Dataverse schema design, relational modeling, security roles, row-level security, and audit controls.
- Expertise in scalable component libraries, command bars, PCF controls, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating with APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and service principals.
- Strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and cross?functional teams.
- Ability to challenge requirements, identify better patterns, and guide a new team safely.
- Understanding of governance, data quality, and risk?aligned development lifecycle.
