Location: Remote (US)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Content Management Administrator (Alfresco) responsible for analysis, design, implementation, administration, and daily support of Alfresco content management systems. The role involves configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Alfresco platforms used for enterprise content management and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, install, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Alfresco applications.
- Align content management solutions with business strategies through stakeholder collaboration.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain Alfresco repositories ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Configure workflows, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Support enterprise content processes and optimize platform performance.
- Act as liaison between business teams and IT for technical solutions.
- Support multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in content management administration with strong Alfresco expertise.
- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Alfresco optimization including repository management and workflow configuration.
- Cloud platform exposure (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with Alfresco integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in enterprise content management.
- Incident/problem management and platform support experience.
