Job purpose
Functional/Technical professional with 5+ years managing ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management) and a team lead or Project Manager on previous full cycle implementations. The Oracle Systems Analyst will provide daily operational and project related support for the companies Financial Systems and Financial System Implementations. This individual will be responsible for being proactive in understanding and assessing accounting, financial reporting and analysis systems, identify areas to strengthen operational effectiveness, leverage technology and improve the quality of business processes, while ensuring proper architecture and best practices are maintained. This will be a strategic and hands on role that will have a significant impact on business transformation.

- Documents processes and best practices supporting the financial and supply chain systems, and trains users on their application.
- Develop and lead knowledge sharing and training efforts for finance applications
- Act as a Supply Chain subject matter expert for system integration efforts, partnering with the technical systems team
- Assist with writing/modifying reports using Oracle’s reporting tools
- Stay current on new functionality and work with the end users to utilize if applicable
- Maintain user access and roles as well as supporting finance/accounting/supply chain in day-to-day needs
- Monitor, manage, troubleshoot and resolve production support issues in a timely manner
- Identifies opportunities for functional improvements and enhancements to maximize the effectiveness of available technology.
- Designs and implements functional enhancements to financial and supply chain systems with moderate supervision of management to support user information needs
- Support innovation and process improvements by collaborating with end users to understand needs that can be solved through utilizing the software solution
- Reviews, edits, analyze and create detailed documentation of business systems and user needs
- Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Self-starter with the ability to assess and respond to competing priorities
- Expertise in written and interpersonal communications, relationship building, consensus building in a cross-functional team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets and levels of experience
- Strong experience with understanding business processes and how to align them to system processes
- Must have experience collaborating on business process enhancements.
- Demonstrated experience as a senior resource leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
- 5+ years experience supporting ERP systems, Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, IDR, EPM, multi-currency, FDI, BIP and OTBI Familiar with Oracle Fusion setup and configuration for both Financials and Supply Chain is preferred
- 5+ years experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud experience in: Oracle Fusion Cloud in: Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Contracts, Procurement
- College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Finance/Accounting with system experience
