Mobile Device Support Technician

Supporting Real Time Field Force (RTFF) Mobile Application
Full-Time Contract | 3-Year Engagement | Immediate Start

We re seeking a hands-on Mobile Device Support Technician to support HPD s mobile workforce technology used by more than 250 citywide inspectors. This role is critical to ensuring field teams stay connected, productive, and equipped with reliable mobile tools for inspections and real-time data processing.

Required Qualifications:
2+ years in a full-time Mobile Device Support Technician role
2+ years supporting Android / Apple iOS devices
2+ years supporting mobile hotspot devices
2+ years managing mobile device inventory
1.5+ years working with MDM software
Equipment Requirements:
Must provide personal voice/data activated cellular phone during contract
Must have access to a device capable of telework / remote network access
