We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical program management, stakeholder engagement, data analytics, and operational technology, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Experience with AIOps platforms such as ignio and enterprise monitoring solutions is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Define technical requirements and solution strategies for enterprise technology programs and operational environments
- Lead the execution of technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, timelines, and quality expectations
- Partner with project managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver programs on schedule
- Establish and maintain best practices for technical assessments, operational reviews, and technology governance
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to design and implement scalable technology solutions
- Develop and maintain program tracking mechanisms to monitor multiple technical initiatives and provide actionable insights
- Build monitoring frameworks and dashboards to track customer and operational metrics using analytics and AIOps tools
- Communicate technical concepts, project status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities for new technology initiatives, process improvements, and automation
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, compliance standards, and operational best practices
- Ensure a customer-first approach by translating business needs into technical and product requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ignio AIOps or similar AIOps/IT Operations platforms
- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation or infrastructure modernization programs
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Waterfall methodologies
- PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications preferred
- Experience with enterprise monitoring, ITSM, or cloud technologies
- Strong background in business process improvement and operational excellence
