Pay Rate: $55- $60/hr
We have an immediate need for a Technology Lead Oracle Apps Techno-Functional (Manufacturing & WMS) to join our team in Fridley, MN, USA. This role is strictly onsite, and candidates are expected to work from office. This is a high-visibility opportunity to support critical plant operations and drive efficiency across manufacturing and warehouse systems.
In this role, you will provide functional and technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite modules including Manufacturing (WIP, BOM, MRP), Warehouse Management, Inventory, and Shipping Execution. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving high-priority issues affecting production, material movement, and shipping processes, while performing root cause analysis and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The position requires strong onsite collaboration, with active presence on the production floor, warehouse, and shipping areas to validate transactions and resolve real-time issues. You will act as the primary IT point of contact for plant operations, gather requirements for enhancements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Additionally, you will support testing during system upgrades, create documentation such as SOPs and user guides, conduct training sessions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse and shipping workflows.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Apps techno-functional areas with deep experience in Manufacturing and Warehouse Management Systems. A solid understanding of Oracle EBS modules including WIP, BOM, MRP, Inventory, and Shipping Execution is essential. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on troubleshooting abilities, and the capability to work closely with business users in an onsite environment. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and experience in driving process improvements are critical for success in this role.
