Main responsibilities: Albertsons Companies' Supply Chain team has a need for OIC a PaaS/Integration Engineer. This role will be an individual contributor role with hands-on engineering responsibilities to work closely with Engineering/Product and Production Support teams in delivering projects that pertain to the Supply Chain Warehouse Replenishment business functions. The candidate will work closely with the IT Senior Manager and partner with peer development team members, other cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders. This position is open for Pleasanton, CA.
- Develop and Deploy applications using organization's technology practices, standards, and procedures, including adherence to software design, development, and code reviews, as well as security and DevOps/infrastructure standards.
- Define and create reusable application components/patterns from a business and technology perspective.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause determination and proactively identify opportunities to fix issues
- Coordinate releases and periodical patching, user acceptance testing with Albertsons project teams, third party application vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions and/or custom PaaS solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud to connect various cloud and on-premises applications
- Create and manage robust integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, including connections, orchestrations, mappings, FBDI and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop, test, debug, and maintain custom applications using Oracle VBCS/APEX frameworks
- Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to ensure reliable performance and data integrity.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following: - Mandatory 7plus years of experience implementing and supporting various modules and integrations tied to Oracle Fusion SaaS including Procurement, Supply Planning, Supplier Collaboration, Inventory, Account Payables modules.
- 7 plus years of hands-on experience as an Oracle OIC/PaaS Developer with a strong understanding of integration patterns and methodologies, including API Gateway, Orchestration, FBDI/ REST APIs, Microservice architecture.
- 7 plus years of experience with database technologies including Oracle ATP database, SQL, PL/SQL, noSQL and Azure SQL.
- 5 plus years of experience in custom UI Development using Oracle cloud frameworks (APEX, VBCS)
- 3 plus experience developing extracts/reports within Oracle cloud platform (BIP, OTBP, BICC, OAC/FDI)
- Experience in high-frequency messaging/event streaming platform (MQ, Kafka).
- Experience in CI/CD processes and Container technologies (SonarQube, GitHub Actiona, AKS).
- In depth knowledge and experience integrating applications across diverse cloud platforms.
- Strong ability to decompose business requirements to a technical solution with high-level UML diagrams using design patterns and low-level class diagrams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
