- Maintain and enhance nCino functionality supporting commercial lending implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across nCino and the Salesforce platform.
- Configure and customize nCino features to align with business needs and processes.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for nCino-related functionality.
