Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum.

• Prepare teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.

• Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide feedback.

• Encourage student participation and maintain classroom discipline.

• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress.

• Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding performance.

• Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and school activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject or Education.

• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification preferred.

• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.

• Ability to engage and motivate students.

• Basic proficiency in digital teaching tools and MS Office.

Experience

• 1–5 years of teaching experience preferred.
