Partnering with IT and non-IT teams, you'll translate business needs into well-designed workflows, system integrations, and automation solutions that scale efficiently and securely across the university.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-10 years of experience in workflow automation, system integration, or automation development.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript, with experience building automation or integration solutions.
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems and APIs to support end-to-end automated workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern development environments.
  • Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing and implementing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions.
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code workflow and automation platforms.
  • Experience building data pipelines to support AI, automation, and machine learning use cases.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts, libraries, and model lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and database technologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Other Requirements
  • This position works a standard work schedule.
  • This position is hybrid. Local candidates highly preferred.

Be Bold.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop integration solutions that connect enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources to enable end-to-end automated workflows.
  • Design and implement automation solutions using RPA tools, scripting, workflow platforms, and low-code/no-code technologies.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines that prepare and support data for AI, workflow, automation, and machine learning solutions.
  • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable deployment and ongoing maintenance of automation solutions.
  • Analyze existing workflows and infrastructure to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and scalability.
  • Document, monitor, and optimize deployed automations, ensuring performance, reliability, security, and compliance with audit and governance standards.
