Overview

We are seeking a Software Architect who can partner with stakeholders, development teams, and fellow architects to design and deliver high-quality, cloud-based solutions. This role requires strong technical depth across Java, AWS, and containerized environments, along with the ability to collaborate in an Agile setting and contribute to a shared architectural vision.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define the ideal technical solution.
Partner with Agile teams and developers to ensure design standards are understood and implemented accurately.
Work closely with other Software Architects to contribute to a cohesive, enterprise-wide architectural vision.
Translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.
Provide guidance and technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

Must-Have Technical Skills

Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
Java and related frameworks
AWS ecosystem tools and services
OpenShift
Gliffy
Microsoft Visio
SQL

Soft Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
