Job Title: Project Manager – Payments & Wires Platform

Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver initiatives related to Payments and Wires platforms within the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex technology projects in banking or financial institutions, with a focus on payment processing, wire transfers, and related platforms. This role requires strong leadership, coordination across multiple teams, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for Payments and Wires platform initiatives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, testing, operations, and business units.
• Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, and review checkpoints to ensure smooth execution.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering projects related to Payments and Wires platforms.
• Strong experience in the financial services or banking domain.
• Solid understanding of payment systems, wire transfer processes, and financial transaction platforms.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management environments.

Educational Qualifications:

• Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
• Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.

Travel:

·   Open to travel based up on the nature of the engagement.
