Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Program Manager to join their team onsite 5 days a week in Jacksonville, FL. The expectation is that the Program Manager will initially focus on understanding the environment and establishing structure. The organization currently has Infosys serving as the system integrator.

Key priorities include:
Stakeholder Alignment:
* Get comfortable with key players and stakeholders
* Build relationships across the organization
* Understand existing team dynamics and responsibilities

Program Structure:
* Establish a clear program cadence
* Clarify who owns what
* Establish accountability across workstreams
* Build/refresh the overall program plan
* Establish appropriate reporting and governance

Change Management:
* Help facilitate the organization's OCM/change management program
* Help facilitate various councils'/governance groups that have been established

Program Governance:
* Facilitate meetings and governance forums
* Establish status reporting
* Track risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions
* Create visibility into overall program health

The next phase will involve:
* Developing a strategy and roadmap
* Determining how the program should proceed
* Presenting the strategy and roadmap to stakeholders
* Establishing stronger program structure and governance
* Reinforcing change management/OCM
* Getting the various teams aligned around the path forward

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong Program Management experience
* Proven experience managing large, complex technology programs
* Strong experience managing: RAID logs; Risks and issues; Dependencies; Milestones; Governance; Status reporting; Action items; Cross-functional workstreams
* Strong program management fundamentals - this is not just a coordinator role
* Comfortable using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other program/project management platforms
* Ability to develop and manage a comprehensive program plan

Technology Environment:
Candidates should have experience working within a complex technology environment and should be comfortable discussing:
* Data & Analytics
* Microsoft Fabric
* Power BI
* AI
* Data transformation
* Enterprise technology programs
* Business intelligence/reporting
* Change management
* Systems integrators

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
