Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery expertise and hands-on Windchill PLM experience. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, drive Agile best practices, manage sprint activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful PLM projects. Experience supporting Windchill implementations, enhancements, and product lifecycle management initiatives is required.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Scrum Master experience
- Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Windchill PLM (current or recent project experience preferred)
- Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Release Management
- Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools
- Stakeholder Management and Team Coordination
- Risk, Dependency, and Issue Management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
Preferred Skills
- Medical Device, Life Sciences, or Healthcare industry experience
- SAFe Agile experience or Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes
- Experience managing distributed or remote Agile teams
