- Develop and maintain robust Selenium-based automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
- Automate critical Salesforce Lightning workflows including login, lead conversion, record creation, and business processes.
- Work extensively with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Create automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.
- Utilize TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber for test execution and framework development.
- Perform API and integration testing for REST/SOAP services, middleware, and external systems.
- Integrate automation suites with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Use Git for source code management and version control.
- Analyze automation failures, perform root-cause analysis, and participate in defect triage.
- Collaborate with developers, business teams, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing activities.
- Continuously improve automation coverage, framework stability, and overall testing efficiency.
