Job OverviewAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in
Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and
Agentforce. The ideal candidate will bring 6-7 years of Salesforce development experience, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize solutions that drive customer success and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and customization of Salesforce applications across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Implement and enhance Agentforce solutions to improve agent workflows and customer support outcomes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and APIs.
- Ensure best practices in data security, governance, and integration across Salesforce platforms.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and oversee deployments to production.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend adoption of new features.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 6-7 years of total experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, flows, workflows, and automation tools.
- Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar).
- Salesforce Developer certification(s) preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
