Experienced in Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order capture, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
Configured Oracle Order Management Cloud for order orchestration, fulfillment lines, pricing, holds, approvals, and transaction flows.
Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C business processes, including Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Ship, Order-to-Invoice, and Receivables.
Implemented and configured Oracle Fusion Redwood UX to modernize O2C user experiences, pages, work areas, and role-based navigation.
Worked with Redwood pages, extensions, personalization, and page composer capabilities to improve usability and streamline business processes.
Configured Oracle Cloud Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, Receivables, and Global Order Promising integrations supporting O2C processes.
Designed integrations between Oracle Order Management and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP web services, and FBDI.
Configured order orchestration processes, orchestration plans, process assignments, fulfillment steps, and exception handling.
Worked with pricing strategies, price lists, discount rules, eligibility rules, and pricing calculations within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Supported integration of Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger for seamless financial processing.
Developed functional requirements, solution designs, configuration documents, test scenarios, and process flows for Oracle Cloud O2C implementations.
