You'll work across a diverse technology stack including Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking, helping clients modernize and maintain secure, high-performing systems.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Systems Administration
Strong experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
Solid networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)
Experience working in an MSP or multi-client environment
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions
Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred)
Experience with RMM and PSA tools (ConnectWise, Datto, etc.)
Industry certifications (Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA)
